Delta 9 Pro™ uses delta 9 THC and other cannabinoids that have been derived from lawfully cultivated industrial hemp. Our delta 9 THC products contain no more than 0.3% ∆9THC by dry weight. This makes our Delta 9 THC legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Here is language directly from the Farm Bill.

“The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”

Delta 9 THC is found naturally in full spectrum hemp extract. Additionally, ∆9THC can be made from CBD in the same conversion process that creates ∆8THC. When converted from CBD, the Delta 9 is considered a derivative of CBD and is legal according to the 2018 Farm Bill.

Delta 9 THC is federally legal but each state has the authority to regulate cannabinoids how they see fit. While legal in most states, we cannot guaranty that it is legal where you live. We reserve the right to not ship to certain states or territories.
